I’m neck-deep in writing the new book for the Kickstarter Advent Calendar. Go take a look and join the fun! There are two levels for buying in – a 15 book blind and the full 30 books. Well before you have to start buying for others, buy yourself a little something to keep you warm in the dark, cold winter nights. Whew!
This story is meaningful to me for two reasons: one, I’m leaning deeper into the source and focus of magic as my heroine learns her new trade, and two, it happens in the same universe as Lone Wolf Mates, though it’s not a sequel. The High Pack shows up, and the shifting rules are the same. It gave me a chance to reread LWM, and it turns out it’s a pretty good book, heh.
So I know it’ll be a long time until this one’s in your hands, even if I finished it tomorrow, but if you can be patient and get in early on the Kickstarter to ensure we get funded, you’ll have a sweet, spicy winter read in your hands during the season most in need of sweet, spicy heat.
