Vengeance is mine, saith the Goth. Liette Nelson lives a perfect Goth lifestyle—great clothes, killer music, a punk best friend, and a vampire boyfriend. She is perfectly happy. Which burns all the more when her vampire boyfriend tries to kill her, shattering her beautiful dream into a broken, bloody reality. She’s left with only Jesse, her best friend who held on through it all, and a steely resolve for revenge. Jesse introduces her to some friends who can help, but they’re… a little strange. They’re monsters, in fact. Liette is wary, at first, but is she a badass Goth chick or not? The so-called monsters want to help her take that uppity prick of a vampire down, and they have the muscle and know-how to do it. They might even start to heal her broken heart.
