I’m still working on the bears – 90k plus and counting! – but I’m going to a convention in Texas next week, so I’m trying to cram in as many words this week as possible. Unfortunately, I also have a lot of around-the-house stuff to do in preparation, not the least of which is packing for the trip. We’ll see how far I get.
The convention next week is something I’ve always wanted to do but never thought I would. I’d always wanted to go to a fandom con, like the San Diego ComicCon, but finances and anxiety kept me from seriously looking into it. I always knew the crowds would be too much for me for more than a couple of hours.
So I chose something equally as hype but maybe not quite so manic and overwhelming – a Supernatural con! I’m so excited! I’ve been waiting for this literally all year! I got my tickets last July, and I’ve been staring at the clock ever since.
So I may not have any writing updates for you, next week, but I’ll possibly have pictures or con news, so check back soon!
